Happy New Year!!

Hello!

 

It's almost the end of 2012!!

It's weird, isn't it??

 I have the feeling like 2012 only  took like three months or something~!!

Even though so much changed...

 

Anyways!

I made some new year nails! (What a surprise... XD)

 

 

One of my acrylics broke and I ran out of liquid and I had so much other things to do, so that's the reason why my middle finger nail is so short (~_~)

But I love my nails, heheh.

And they only took me about 15 minutes!

10 minutes for the thumb and five for the other nails XD

 

 

My camera is SO annoying!!! (*o*)

I painted 'happy new year' on my thumb, but my camera won`t let me show you!

They look way better in person!

 

 

I painted bows, two wineglasses and 2013 on my other nails (^3^)

I tried to get a better picture of my pinkie... ↓

 

 

For some reason my camera can't capture the combination of black and gold :(

 

I`m sorry for the short post, but I hav e to go now, I need to finish a photo book of 2012 (-_-)

My New Stuff! (@-@)

How is you`re weekend so far??

I hope its great~!

 

Today's post isn't about nail art...

I`m sorry~!! (*-*)

Well, in fact it is... XD

Because I am going to show you some of my new acrylic stuff that arrived yesterday!! (^3^)

I didn't had brown yet, and I just fell in love with the pink.

 

I love the brown color!!

Because it has some sweet subtle glitters in it!

 

I did some swatches:

 

 

My camera is being a bit annoying...

But I hope you can see how nice the colors are!

I`m thinking of ways to use this pink acrylic as much as possible...

I know, I could do a French mani with it but all my acrylic French's look awful XD

But as soon as I am able to make a French mani that actually looks good I`m gonna use it!

 

I also ordered some nail art products~!!

 

 

The left one are glitters that I can mix into the acrylic, the right one are some very tiny silver rhinestones ♪

 

These were all the things I ordered ♫

But I`m not done yet~!!

 

 

This is a very nice topcoat with glitters that I bought when I was buying presents for my little neighbor girls (^-^)

I was buying some nail polish for them when I saw the sign with: 'Second nail polish is free!'

Well, I was like: oh my god, this is such a sweet polish, and because its free, I`ll just take it! XD

Yes, I know its very cheap but I mean like, I am not going to buy expensive nail polish like OPI for eight year olds.

Sweet Girly Nail Art (^.^)

Hello!

 

Did you had a great Christmas??

I hope so~!!

I think its too bad that Christmas is over...

I love all these Christmas songs and the Christmas dinners and breakfasts, heheh

And now I have to wait another year until I can hear the Christmas songs again! :'(

 

Anyway!

I removed my Christmas nails and made a new design (^w^)

Here it comes!

 

 

I made a simple French mani with OPI Pink-ing Of You, added some dots with OPI Alpine Snow and drew lines with OPI Goldeneye ♪

I love drawing lines across French manis cause in this way I can hide the pieces that aren't perfectly straight (#^3^#)

 

 

I think my nails are  very  cute!

Its nice to have something quiet on my nails after all the busy Christmas designs!

 

 

...Dafuq happened to the letters in this picture?? XD

Heheh, I suck at photo shopping lol

Today I got a loooot of photos for you!!

First: My birthday nails!!!

I love my long nails!!

I got the studs on my index and middle finger for my birthday, heheh.

Look at the massive bow on my thumb!!

 

 

 Of course I got some nail polishes (^3^)

 

 

They are OPI You Only Live Twice, OPI Pinking Of You, OPI Topcoat (mine was empty XD), OPI Tickle My France-Y and.....

OPI The Man With The Golden Gun!!!!!!!!!!!! *Haaaallelujah, hallelujah, hallelujah, haaaaallelujah*

I got The Man With The Golden Gun!!!! (*o*)

 

Anyway, because its almost Christmas I made another Christmas nail art (/\-/\)

 

 

They started like this (I used my new nail polish You Only Live Twice XD)

And then I decorated them with lots of acrylic decorations!!!

 

 

....This doesn't make sense!!!

Lets turn them upside down!

 

 

That's better!

I know I have to practice for the gingerbread mans XD

I made a big Christmas tree on my thumb~!

I GOT ACRYLIC NAILS!!!!! (^^)/

Hello!

 

So apparently the world didn't end yesterday (I knew it!! lol)!

I hope you didn't hide under a rock or something, cause if you did it would be pretty useless and you could just stay home watching TV or anything!

 

OK!

Two things that make me extreeeeemely happy at the moment:

1. It's finally vacation!!!!!!

2. I got acrylic nails!!!

JAAAAAAAAAY!!!!!

 

Look how great my acrylics look~!!!

 (OK, this sentence doesn't make sense lol)

 

 

They make me so happy every time I look at them!!!!

They took me three hours to complete and I can't type but it doesn't matter cause they are great and long and awesome and I love them!

They look a little less beautiful on my other hand, but that's fine, heheh.

 

I forgot to file my nails down... (#U_U#)

Anyway, I found out that filing is super essential!!

The nails on my right hand looked awful and they were all bumpy and stuff but when I started filing the bumps just disappeared!!

And now they are all nice and smooth, heheh.

Xmas Sweets (^3^) (Xmas Design No. 2!)

I am just so freaking excited because I only have one day left till the Christmas holiday!

.... Anyway, I made some new Xmas inspired nail art!!

A~nd here they come!

 

 

Aren't they pretty incredibly cute???

Oh, I love them so much!

And look at the Christmas sock on my ring finger!!

 

 

It looks like a failed Santa hat when you look at it on the first picture, but when you turn it upside down it becomes a Christmas sock!

How MAGICAL ♪

I made some presents on my thumb and pinkie ♫

 

 

Err.. you can still see the yellow acrylic from the failed presents XD

I can tell, they look way less yellow in real life, heheh

 

I also love the dripping design!

I liked it so much that I didn't made any decorations on my other hand ~

In fact I was just lazy but nobody needs to know that... XD

 

Yeaahh....

 

I think they are soooo cute!

I almost feel sorry that I won't wear them at Christmas...

But I have an even cuter design for Christmas!

(Can you imagine how sweet they will be?? Heheh lol)

Christmas Nails No. 1 ♪

I made the ugly Christmas sweater!

And I love how they turned out ~

Especially the reindeer's on my middle finger look great, heheh

 

They would look even better if I had a black background instead!

.... suddenly I see one of the reindeer's doesn't have ears XD

But I think they look awesome!!

The snowflake/flower thing didn't came out that well...

 

Just the regular pattern on my thumb ♫

I only decorated three of the nails of my left hand because it was getting late (#^3^#)

Xmas/ Snow Nails?

Hello!

 

Sorry for the late post!

I was very busy this afternoon so I wasn't able to post something!

Well, better late then never (^w^)

 

First of all, I recommend you to NEVER EVER do a manicure with salt!!!

It looks great.... for two seconds, and then you have to clean you're nails or use you're hands or anything (._.)

 

So this is how my nails looked when cleaned up everything...

 

And they still look pretty good...

Waaaay better then how they look now XD

And it becomes even messier and messier when you try to clean it up, because the salt and the wet polish go everywhere!

Because I didn't like my nails, I added some cute snowmen that I made with acrylics (^3^)

 

 

I only had half an hour, so I couldn't make snowmen on all my nails :(

 

Oh, it  might be good to tell everyone how to do a salt mani ~

You just paint you're nails and when the polish is still wet you pour salt over everything.

But if you want to do a mani like this, you should better spend a bit more money and buy some nail art velvet.

That probably looks way better ♪

I don't know why, but for some reason the last few mani's all failed.... :'(

*Pedicure* (/\_/\)

Jaaaay its finally weekend! ♪

*Just one more week till the Christmas holiday*

Heheheh, I'm happy XD

 

As I promised you, I made a pedicure! ~

(You know, something different once in a while...)

 

I started with a simple french manicure.

Thank God the lines didn't had to be straight...

And then I painted over some nice glitters!

First I wanted to use this one:

 

 

Its OPI Nothin' Mousie 'Bout It, and I absolutely love it, but removing those little hearts is... awful.

So I decided to use another colour which has red glitters, because I thought it was a little more Christmassy (^3^)

I know... I should have used the other one XD

I`ll just use it another time!

I always forget to tell you what products I used, so here they come: OPI Funny Bunny and OPI Gettin' Miss Piggy With It.

Marbled Cross Nails (*3*)

I'll probably just lay on the couch watching TV... heheh, I`m lazy XD

Anyway, I made a nail art!

First I was also planning to design something nice on my toes, but then I realised that I have a history test tomorrow and I haven`t studied at all jet lol

Well, here is my design:

 

Heheh, epic failure at the marble XD

You can't even see I tried to marble it!!

Maybe I should use brighter colours next time...

Oh, lesson learned ~

I added a rhinestone on my thumb! ♪

 

I almost broke my nail when I tried to open the wheel...

Well, it doesn't matter!

I love rhinestones but unfortunately I only have two wheels, so I have to be careful with them.

 

 

My other hand was an even bigger failure, so I decided not to show it to you guys (U_U)

I love these nail arts with crosses on them so I'm going to try it again soon!

 

By the way, I'll start with my Christmas nails on Tuesday, maybe Monday but I'm not sure if I have time to do that since that's the day of my volleyball training.

 

So I save the toe nail designs for the weekend and also designed a great nail art, so that's going to be a lot of posts!

Icy snow nails... (~_~)

I made a new nail art... as usual XD

Remember I told you about snow inspired nails?

Well, I made the first one, but I think they look awful...

I was too late applying the top coat, so the colours didn't graduate in each other... U_U

But it doesn't matter!

I have plenty of other designs!

In fact I only have two more left... XD



Ugh...

Anyway, I also have some Christmas designs, so within a few days (maybe a week? I don`t know) I`m gonna make them!

I suck at half moon mani`s (/\_/\)

I need to find out other ways to make my nail art look unique... hmm

Mine is okay...

It snowed two days ago, and I was having a very hard time trying not to trip over anything XD

...Well, it did not work, in fact

I fell two times and almost twisted my ankle XD

 

Anyway, I designed some snow inspired nail art that I`m gonna show to you very soon!

Today I made something different:

 

Don`t you think this half moon manicure looks way better than the mani I did??

It was very  easy to make, the bows on my index and ring finger were the hardest part, heheh

First I also wanted to make some little bows on my other nails, but when I was done with them I was like: 'meh... I like them this way...'

 

Ohh... I love nude colours!! ♪'

I`m going to buy a lot more!

 

I made the bows on the other hand on a piece of aluminium foil, because I wasn't sure if I was able to make this kind of big bows with my non-dominant hand.

 

By the way, I'm thinking of making a nail art video, but I`m not sure how to make it and if people would like it... (U_U)

James Bond Nails (•_•) (sort of)

Hello!

 

Today, I have lots of photos for you!

So yesterday it was pakjesavond (gift night), and I got so many presents!!

Its too bad that I forgot to take a picture of what it all looked like, but there were a lot of presents!!

We made surprises, and my dad made me a OPI nail polish bottle XD

Heheh, it was quite funny :p

I got the two nail polishes from Catrice from a sweet sweet friend (^3^)

The other ones I got yesterday.

I was so happy when I packed out the present which has the Skyfall mini collection from OPI!!!

...Yes, I have Goldeneye from OPI two times lol

 

So this afternoon, I decided to make a nail art with two of my favourite new polishes!

Sinterklaas nails XD

Hello!

 

Wooow, tomorrow its pakjesavond (gift night)!!!

On pakjesavond, Sinterklaas comes to the houses of all the people and brings them presents (^3^)

So I made some very nice Sinterklaas nails ♪

Here they come!

 

In fact, you have to look at them upside down XD

 

 

Well, I made the stave (is it stave? I`m sorry, I found many options on Google Translate lol), the bag and some presents, a carrot and sugar for the horse, and the pattern of his miter.

I also made some presents on the thumb!

 

 

Hmm, you need to look upside down on this nail...

Heheh, it doesn't mind.

I like my nails, because they aren't the usual Sinterklaas nails who have the miter or just a face with a white beard on them :)

 

Alright, something different!

Hope you don`t mind if I share some of my favorites with you ;p

Pumpkin spice latte from Starbucks!!



 It's very very sweet, and it fills really good, which is great because I just got my brace yesterday, and every time I eat something it feels like I`m dieing from pain -_-'
